Certificate of Analysis (COA)

A report that offers CBD consumers information like terpene profile, cannabinoid content, etc. They ensure that the CBD product contains exactly what it is meant to.

Decarboxylation

A process in which the cannabinoids are activated by heating the cannabis plant. It allows active cannabinoids to bind to cannabinoid receptors and create the desired effect on your body.

Anandamide (AEA) and 2-Arachidonoylglycerol (2AG), similar in structure to cannabinoids, are naturally occurring compounds produced in the body, responsible for a lot of different functions in our bodies.

Endocannabinoid system

The system in humans and animals that maintains homeostasis throughout the entire body. CBD interacts with this system through its effect on CB1 and other CBD cannabinoid receptors.

Entourage Effect
