Is CBD legal in Europe?

So, is CBD legal in Europe or not? Well, that is not an easy question to answer as regulations surrounding CBD are still in their infancy and varies depending on which state you are currently residing in.

Which amount of THC is legal or not change at regular intervals in different countries at different times making it hard to keep track on what is happening where, and at which time.

Example 1: is CBD legal in Sweden?

In Sweden CBD is legal under the condition that the product contains 0.0% THC. However, if you know your chemistry you know that it is impossible for anything to have 0% of anything making CBD products technically illegal in Sweden. However, there are products containing extremely low amounts of THC making it impossible for the standard lab test to find it making the product ‘not-illegal’ as the amount cannot be measured.

Example 2: is CBD legal in the Netherlands?

In the Netherlands on the other hand CBD is legal under the condition that it contains below 0.05% THC

Example 3: is CBD legal in the U.K.?

CBD is legal in the UK under the condition that it contains below 0.2% THC

The moral of the story is that you should ALWAYS check if CBD is legal where you live before ordering any products from our CBD shop.

Where is my order shipped from?

Your package will be shipped from one of our logistics centers strategically located in the Netherlands, Estonia or (starting September 2021) Sweden.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

It depends on where in Europe you are ordering from, but in ‘normal’ cases, delivery takes approximate 3-5 business days. At the most remote places the package should take no longer than 2 weeks to arrive.

The wrong product has been delivered

Although rare, mistakes can always happen. Should you get the wrong product delivered, please contact us at support@qanoid.com and we will make sure that the issue is resolved!

Please enter the order number and attach a picture of the products you received for faster handling.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace the product if the packaging is broken.

I want to change my delivery adress

The delivery address can only be changed if the order has not yet left our warehouse.

Should you not be able to pick up the order at the specified address, please wait until the shipment is returned to us. When the parcel has returned, we can send it again to the correct address.
